Our Team

Sarah is a Certified Professional Midwife, having earned her degree at the Birthwise Midwifery School. Sarah worked as a staff midwife at the Moonstone Midwives Birth Center in Arcata, CA for four years. Besides prenatal visits, labor, delivery and postpartum care, she provided wellness care and family planning as a primary provider.

She is a hard-working and detail oriented professional. She believes informed and empowered pregnancy and birth are deeply impactful and hold tremendous potential for healing and growth. She has a passion for advancing midwifery and improving outcomes for child bearing people and their babies. In her free time, she loves riding bikes and exploring the world with her 4 year old daughter.
